Not to be overlooked of course is the transition budget which will come into force, and which will need to be considered at the initial stage.
By exploring the different options in a coaching (1 to 1) or workshop setting, the employee(s) will feel more positive about the transition they face.

At my work we are constantly challenged to explore our skills and talents and to think out of the box in this respect.
