What is Team Coaching?

Systemic team coaching is a structured programme for whole teams who have a collective goal and want to achieve top performance. We use a combination of diagnostic tools, team and individual coaching, interactive training with recognised theories and feedback.

Team Development Training

Team development (or building) training is designed to learn and understand the important elements of an effective team and to build awareness of team members’ differences so that they can work more effectively together. This usually refers to a one-off event or `away day and could be considered a great `kick-off’ to a Team Coaching programme.
